We're located on East side of town and operating since the late 70's!
Our properties are within walking distance to shopping (Dillons, Target, etc.) and Garden City Community College.
Talley Trail (citywide walking/biking path) is located adjacent to our properties stretching throughout town.
Unlike other rental properties scattered throughout town, we pride ourselves on being in the right place!

Lease terms
Our leases are for one year terms, which automatically convert to month to month. Sorry to say, but we have a NO PET POLICY.
We pay water bills, but utilities are tenant's responsibility.
Renter's insurance is highly recommended.
We have several tenants that have been with us for many years, not to mention a few decades.
This doesn't happen by accident.
Things to know
We're not some large corporate run management company that many are used to dealing with. We don't look like your typical multi-story apartment complex either.
We strive to maintain a quiet small town feel in a residential neighborhood and we appreciate our tenants.
Aside from our studio apartments, there are very few units alike. We can't publish pictures and floorplans like other sites because of this.
We don't usually have many vacancies, but when we do, we get a LOT of applicants - be patient.
