The goal of the Eastwood 5-Star Rental Program is to strengthen the residential rental property in the Eastwood neighborhood by offering landlords technical assistance with property management skills, marketing and public relations, professional tenant selection options as well as access to low-interest home improvement financing to make updates and repairs to increase the marketability of their properties to prospective tenants.
The 5-Star membership program helps landlords strengthen management operations, complements the City’s inspection programs, and provides a market rating system to promote rental property.
